The department of Conservative and endodontics is aimed at producing clinically excellent Endodontists, future teachers and leaders in dentistry field. The department performs both conventional and surgical endodontics using the state-of-the-art technology with proficiency and excellence. The Department has a strong team of dedicated and experienced faculty, all of whom are committed to excellence in education, patient care, scholarly activity, and research. The department has a well-equipped pre-clinical lab with functional phantom lab catering to 60 students at a time.

Activities: The department has a well equipped undergraduate clinic exclusively for the pre final and the final year B.D.S., students. With a steady and large volume of patient inflow this is the most busiest clinical department. The clinical curriculum for the undergraduates include silver amalgam restorations, composite restorations, GIC pulp capping, Root canal treatment. Being exposed to the clinics for the best time, students are constantly guided toward better patient management.
